[ A PREMIER GOLF COURSE COMMUNITY ] <br /> <br />February 16, 2000 <br /> <br />Ms. Sylvia Frolik <br />Zonin9 Administrator <br />City of Ramsey <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />Re: <br /> <br />Preliminary Plat <br />Northfork Highlands Second Addition <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Frolik: <br /> <br /> Under separate cover you should .have received copies of the <br />Preliminary Plat and Preliminary Grading Plan for Northfork Highlands <br />Addition as well as the Preliminary Plat for Northfork Fifth Addition. <br /> <br /> The proposed Plat of Northfork Highlands Second Addition consists <br />eleven lots located on the western boundary of the Northfork PUD. TheseI <br />eleven lots were part of the approved Preliminary Plat of Northfork Fift~ <br />Addition. That Preliminary Plat laid out all the lots, roadways and gol~ <br />course lying west of Andrie Street and north of 153rd Avenue. From this-7 <br />Preliminary Plat North Fork has final platted Northfork Links Addition,-- <br />Northfork Links Second Addition, Northfork Links Third Addition, Northfor'~ <br />Lake Addition and Northfork Highlands Addition. Lot configuration and~ <br />roadway layout for all these Additions has been consistent with the <br />configuration and layout in Northfork Fifth Addition. The Preliminary Pla~ <br />of Northfork Fifth Addition has expired. <br /> <br /> The plat will be serviced by the extension of Inverness Lane west t~ <br />Jarvis Street. All lots are in excess of 1.5 acres except Lot 1, Block ii <br />which is 1.41 acres. All lots are at least 160 feet in width at the buildin~ <br />setback line. Ail lots are to be full basement walkouts except Lot 4, Bloc~ <br />1 and Lot 3, Block 2, which will be splits. To accomplish this grading som~ <br />fill material will need to be imported from undeveloped Northfork propert~ <br /> <br /> immediately to the east of the site.
