If homes on Lots 3 and 4 are built along the original
walkout grade the spacious openess of a large lot community would be lostoM~
North Fork had previously applied for and received a Conditional. Us,
Permit to remove material from these lots. The removal of the material
proved cost prohibitive and has never occurred. That Conditional Use PermiI
lapsed in 1999. The present grading request contemplates the movement o
approximately 6000 years of material. No material would be exported from or
imported to the lots.

Ail work would be completed within 30 days of commencement of operation.
Erosion control would be implemented in accordance with the recommendation o
the City Engineer. ·

Developed by North Fork, Inc.

713 Bradford Ave. No., Champlin, MN 55316 · 612-484-7421 · Sales 612-441-4322 · FAX 612-441-7286

!
!
