If homes on Lots 3 and 4 are built along the original <br />walkout grade the spacious openess of a large lot community would be lostoM~ <br /> North Fork had previously applied for and received a Conditional. Us, <br />Permit to remove material from these lots. The removal of the material <br />proved cost prohibitive and has never occurred. That Conditional Use PermiI <br />lapsed in 1999. The present grading request contemplates the movement o <br />approximately 6000 years of material.
