Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />City Staff has completed negotiations for a proposed TEF development agreement with H & P <br />Development L.L.C. to build a, multi-tenant project, which would be located at the 13900 block <br />of' Radium Street (map attached to case). The project is being proposed by Gary Hugebeck and <br />Mark Peck. The site plan review will be considered on a separate agenda case. The project will <br />be done in two phases with two identical looking 31,600 square foot facilities. A description of <br />the project is attached to the case. The two buildings will match the same characteristics as the <br />building on the opposite side of Radium Street, also built by Peck Construction. <br /> <br />A public hearing will be required to consider the development/business subsidy agreement.
