Mulrooney <br /> <br />Bill Goodrich <br /> <br />March 24, 2000 <br /> <br />Development Agreement with H&P LLC <br /> <br />Jim, a limited liability company known as H&P LLC is proposing to construct a <br />31,600 SF multi-tenant office/warehouse/manufacturing facility in the Ramsey <br />Business Park 95. This will be the first phase of a 2-phased project. The parties <br />involved in the LLC include Mark Peck and Gary Hugeback. The city has had a <br />good experience working with both of these individuals in the past. Mr. Peck <br />constructed the East Radium Business Center in the Business Park 95. Mr. <br />Hugeback was the real estate broker for the project and leased the building <br />successfully. <br /> <br />We have been working with this developer on this project for approximately 9 <br />months. The project will be located at the intersection of Radium Street and <br />140th Ave. N. W. The site is approximately 2.8 acres in size and is proposed to <br />be platted as Lot 1 and lA, Block 1, West Radium Business Center First <br />Addition. The building to be constructed will be similar in design and materials to <br />the existing Radium Business Center Building located immediately to the east of <br />the site.
