Northwest, and at 153=d Avenue Northwest and in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, it is considered in the public's best interest for the State to provide a master controller and three (3) new cabinets and control equipment to operate said new traffic control signals, all at the cost and expense of the State; and WHEREAS, the County, the City and the State will participate in the maintenance and operation of the new traffic control signals with street lights, EVP Systems, interconnect and internally illuminated signing as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: 1. The City shall prepare the necessary plan, specifications and proposal which shall constitute "Preliminary Engineering" The City shall also perform the construction inspection required to complete the items of work hereinafter set forth, which shgll constitute "Engineering and Inspection''. 2. The City with its own forces and equipment or by contract shall install new traffic control signals with street lights, EVP Systems, interconnect and internally illuminated signing on Trunk Highway No. 47 (St. Francis Boulevard) at county State Aid Highway No. 5 (Nowthen Boulevard) - Xkimo Street Northwest, at 149th Avenue NQrthwest, and at 153r~ Avenue Northwest in accordance with the plan and specifications for 79972M 2 I I I I I I I I I i I I I I I I I I I
