CITY COUNCIL CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 14, 2000, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. Members Present: Mayor Thomas Gamec Councilmember Susan Anderson Councilmember Margaret Connolly Councilmember Terry Hendriksen Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman Also Present: City Administrator James E. Norman Assistant City Administrator Kim Moore-Sykes Finance Officer Diana Lund City Attorney William Goodrich Police Chief David Gustafson Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler City Engineer Steve Jankowski City Planner Anita Rasmussen CALL TO ORDER Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:10 p.m. and called upon Councilmember Hendriksen to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. PRESENTATION BY MAYOR GAMEC I I I I I i I I I i I Mayor Gamec awarded Finance Officer Lund with a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting received from the Government Finance Officers Association. Mayor Garnet introduced and welcomed new employees. CITIZEN INPUT Jeffrey Menth, 14726 Ramsey Boulevard NW, read a letter addressed to Mr. William J. Hughes of Integrated Real Estate Services, Inc. The letter is attached to these minutes as a part of the official record and identified as Exhibit A.
