Councilmember Connolly inquired whether there was an agreement regarding removal of <br />downed trees and ripped-up concrete due to house removal, and Mayor Gamec agreed staff <br />should check into whom is responsible for the clean-up. <br /> <br />Mr. Kapler inquired whether, for interim safety purposes, the double-height fencing (orange) was <br />acceptable. Consensus was that this is acceptable. <br /> <br />Upon suggestion by Councilmember Hendriksen, it was agreed that a sign on the north and the <br />south end of the construction area would be erected stating "Excuse our mess as part of the T.H. <br />#47 improvement process. Expected completion Fall 2000. City of Ramsey." It was also <br />agreed that "no trespassing" signs would be erected in the former housing area. <br /> <br />3) Information Relating to Mississippi West County Park Frontage Road <br /> <br />Councilmember Connolly distributed information regarding Mississippi West County Park <br />(attached to the minutes as Exhibit B). <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Connolly and seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen to adjourn <br />the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Connolly, Hendriksen, Anderson, <br />and Zimmerman.
