The plan proposed collecting stormwater generated from the site via a system of twelve-inch concrete pipe and discharging the existing storm sewer located within Radium Street at three separate locations. Phase one is 79% imperious and will be assigned a REF factor of 3.55. Phase two is 72% impervious and will be assigned a REF factor of 3.03. This factor is for purposed of the storm water utility charge. The lighting plan, light fixture specs and diagrams will need to be submitted and are subject to the approval of the City Engineer. The waste storage location is acceptable. The site plan is also subject to the approval of the Business Park 95 Architectural Review Board and Covenants, The Planning Commission reviewed the West Radium Business Center site plans at their March 6, 2000 regular meeting. Recommendation: The Planning Commission recommends site plan approval of the proposed West Radium Business Center contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated March 3, 2000. Council Action: Motion to approve the proposed site plan of the West Radium Business Center facility contingent upon compliance with the City Staffletter dated March 3, 2000.
