The plan proposed collecting stormwater generated from the site via a system of twelve-inch <br />concrete pipe and discharging the existing storm sewer located within Radium Street at three <br />separate locations. Phase one is 79% imperious and will be assigned a REF factor of 3.55. <br />Phase two is 72% impervious and will be assigned a REF factor of 3.03. This factor is for <br />purposed of the storm water utility charge. <br /> <br />The lighting plan, light fixture specs and diagrams will need to be submitted and are subject to <br />the approval of the City Engineer. The waste storage location is acceptable.
