This will be the first phase of a 2-phased project. The parties <br />involved in the LLC include Mark Peck and Gary Hugeback who was introduced <br />to the City Council at the last meeting. Mr. Peck constructed the Ecst Radium <br />Business Center in the Business Park 95. Mr. Hugeback was the real estate <br />broker for the project and leased the building successfully. <br /> <br />The new project will be located at the intersection of Radium Street and 140th <br />Ave. N. W. The site is approximately 2.8 acres in size and is proposed to be <br />platted as Lot 1 and lA, Block 1, West Radium Business Center First Addition. <br />The building to be constructed will be similar in design and materials to the <br />existing Radium Business Center Building located immediately to the east of the <br />site.
