("TSM") and Wayne L. Johnson with <br />regard to the Land Use Application filed with the.City of Ramsey initially on June 2, 1998 and again <br />on February 7, 2000. The following is a request for exception of Outlot A, Regency Pond - PID No.: <br />27-32-25-22-0006 ("the Property") from the Development Moratorium contained in Interim Ordinance <br />No. 99-12. TSM requests re-zoning of the Property from industrial to R-3. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your review in considering this request are copies of the following documents: <br /> <br />1. City of Ramsey, Land Use Application filed June 2, 1998. <br />2. City of Ramsey, Land Use Application filed February 7, 2000. <br />3.
