Public Hearing Chairperson Anderson called the public hearing to order at 7:07 p.m. Presentation City Planner Rasmussen explained that Eugene Hawk is requesting a variance to construct a garage nearer the front property line than the principal structure at 9468 176~ Avenue NW.
