Absent: Commissioner Johnson. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Request for Site Plan Review of Accessory Building for City-Wide Garage <br />Door; Case of Ivan Clauson <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated that the applicant, Ivan Clauson, has a 960 <br />square foot accessory building th'at lies within the easement for the extension of sewer and water <br />utilities to B & B Carpet, immediately west of City-Wide's property. Installation requires" <br />demolition of the building and reconstruction of a new one outside the utility easement. The <br />applicant proposes to construct a new 960 square foot buildingl which does not exceed the 30% <br />of principal building size restriction.
