Phone Number 612-493-8070 <br /> <br />She did a search of the Brooklyn Park Transfer Station address (8100 Jefferson Highway) and <br />found no open or pending cases. <br /> <br />She also was not familiar with any other comments or issues related to the address <br /> <br />Phone Discussion at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 18, 2000 with Courtney Bednarz from <br />the Brooklyn Park Planning Department. <br /> <br />Mr. Bednarz is responsible for managing the Conditional Use Permit for the Brooklyn Park <br />Transfer Station. He stated that "no negatives" exist in regards to the transfer station. He said <br />there was opposition at the start but it did not survive because the operator runs a good facility <br />and the Conditional Use Permit imposes very strict condkions.
