That the proposed rezoning is located within the Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA) <br />boundary. <br /> <br />That the Subject Property is currently zoned B-1 and B-2 Business and the surrounding <br />adjacent properties to the west and north are Planned Unit Development and the property to <br />the east is zoned B-1 Business. <br /> <br />That the Applicant is proposing to develop the plat with a wider range of housing types, <br />price ranges and styles.
