Memorandum to City of Ramsey Planning Commissioner <br />March 3, 2000 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Therefore, based upon the above analysis, and the comparison of the actual common border <br />densities, it is my opinion that the proposed plat of Mallard Ponds does comply with the intent of <br />Section 14.2 as well as the comparable language in the City's proposed Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />I do recommend that the City revise Section 14.2 in order to make it more explicit. Better <br />defined language should then be included in the City's Zoning Code for implementation of these <br />provisions.
