Norman <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />City Planner Anita Rasmussen <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Economic Development Consultant Mike Mulrooney <br /> <br />CALL TO OItDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the work session of the City Council to order at 5:00 p.m, <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />#1: Proposed Housing Project (Bulow) <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik gave a brief overview of the proposed townhome <br />development to be located at the intersection of C.R. #116 and Dysprosium Street. She <br />explained that the Planning Commission has held a public hearing regarding the development <br />and there was a large amount of concern, from the residents and Planning Commission members, <br />regarding traffic issues.
