("TSM') and Wayne L. Johnson with <br />regard to the Land Use Application filed with the City of Ramsey initially on June 2, 1998 and again <br />on February 7, 2000. The following is a request for exception of Outlot A, Regency Pond - PI2) No.: <br />27-32-25-22-0006 ("the Property") from the Development Moratorium contained in Interim Ordinance <br />No. 99-12.
