We are very much interested in working with you to evaluate your Tower <br />ordinance and the potential to limit tower locations in the community. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />MFRA has worked with several tower ordinances, including drafting, reviewing and <br />implementing them. We Propose the scope of services to include: · Collect and r~vic~' other ordinances <br /> · Research the legalities of prescribing locations for towers <br /> · Look for appropriate locations within the. City to provide full coverage <br /> · Develop the appropriate language to modify your ordinance as may be <br /> needed <br />We anticipate two public meetings with the City, 'in addition to thc wo~k outlined above. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />For this scope of work, we estimate approximately 35-40 hours of our time, at a cost of <br />$2,975 - $3,400. MFRA prepares bills on a monthly basis, detailing work performed to <br />date. We do not charge for copies, faxes, and other such miscellaneous items. If this <br />proposal is acceptable, we are happy to specify the scope of work in a contract with the <br />city. <br /> <br />We appreciate your consideration of MFRA for this project.
