1:2, Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #00-04- A RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO TRAFFIC AGREEMENT NO. 79972M WITH MINNESOTA TRANSPORTATION RELATIVE TO THE TRUNK PROJECT (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #98-14) CONTROL SIGNAL DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAY #47 STP NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA as follows: 1) That the City of Ramsey enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: 2) To provide maintenance and electrical energy for the new traffic control signals With street lights, emergency vehicle pre-emption, interconnect and internally illumi, ated signing on. Trunk Highway No. 47 (St. FranCis Boulevard) at County State Aid Highway No. 5 (Nowthen Boulevard) - Xkimo Street Northwest, at 149th Avenue Northwest, and at 153rd Avenue Northwest in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 79972M, a copy of which was before the Council. That the Mayor and City Administrator be and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City ail of the contractual obligations contained therein.
