I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br />'1 <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> <br />Counciknember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #00-04- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO AGREEMENT NO. 79736 WITH THE STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION RELATIVE TO THE TRUNK <br />HIGHWAY #47 STP PROJECT (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed for and 'on behalf <br />of the City of Ramsey to execute and enter into an agreement with the Commissioner of <br />Transportation prescribing the terms and conditions of said federal aid participation as set <br />forth and contained in "Minnesota Department of' Transportation Agency Agreement No. <br />79736, a copy of which said agreement was before the City Council and which is made a part <br />hereof by reference. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember __ <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed, and adopted by' the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 25th day of April, 2000. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />389 <br /> <br /> <br />
