I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #00-04- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99;12 (BITUMINous PAVING <br />OF IGUANA STREET FROM 153m~ AVENUE TO 151sT LANE) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 22, 2000, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #00- <br />02-033, fixing a date for a Council public hearing on the proposed improvement to Iguana Street <br />(Improvement Project #99-12); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held on February 22, 2000, at which time all persons desiring to be <br />heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public <br />heating. <br /> <br />NOW TSIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed on February 8, 2000. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. <br />He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 25th day of April, 2000. <br /> <br />73 <br /> <br /> <br />
