Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #00-04- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ADVERTISEMENT 'FOR BIDS FOR THE 2000 STREET MAINTENANCE <br />PROGRAM (IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS #00-01 THROUGH #00-05) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolutions #00-04-080 through #00-04-084 adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council on April 11, 2000, the City Engineer has prepared contract documents and <br />specifications for the 2000 Street Maintenance Program and has presented such contract <br />documents and specifications to the Council for approval; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TlffE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That such contract documents and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That such publishing of the advertisement for bids for the 2000 Street Maintenance <br />Program is hereby approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 25a day'of April 2000. . <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
