Review Letter: Valley View Preliminary Plat <br />March 30, 2000 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br />Tree Preservation and Planting Plan: The developer has submitted a Landscape Plan as part of <br />the Preliminary Plat. The plan has identified ail existing tree growth that will be preserved and the <br />location of the new plantings of one 2-inch diameter tree, of an approved species, in the front yard <br />of each new lot created. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m., immediately following the Board of <br />Adjustment, on Tuesday, April 4, 2000 to conduct a public heating and consider your request for <br />preliminary plat approval of Valley View.
