CASE <br /> <br /> ADOPT ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A MORATORIUM <br />ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNICATIONS TOWERS <br />By: Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On April 25, 2000, the City Council introduced an ordinance to establish a 90 day moratorium on <br />the development of personal communication towers in the City of Ramsey. The purpose of the <br />moratorium is to review the current ordinance and determine the feasibility of pre-determining <br />tower locations or zones. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />In accordance with the City Charter, the ordinance is now eligible for adoption.
