Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br /> Background: <br /> <br />In order to facilitate a swap of land between the City of Ramsey and Lord of Life Church, the <br />City must, of course, convey its parcel to Lord of Life and, in order for the City to convey <br />property, it must adopt an ordinance pursuant to Charter requirements. The property, known as <br />the Elke Property, 14640 St. Francis Boulevard has a lengthy metes and bounds description. It is <br />that part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, PIN 25-32-25-24~0005. The <br />enclosed ordinance was introduced at the April 25, 2000 meeting and is now being presented for <br />formal adoption to allow this conveyance. <br /> <br />Also attached for your review is the Land Exchange Agreement which staff is asking <br />authorization to enter into.
