CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT CANVAS CRAFT, INC. On May 23, 2000, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Canvas Craft, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, ("Permittee") to construct a 2,520 square foot manufacturing/warehouse addition onto the existing building ("Structures") on the property which is legally described as follows: Lot 2, Block 3, Alpaca Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota the ("Site"). This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or architect. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. o SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site as shown on the Site Plan prepared by John C. Weicht and Associates, dated April 4, 2000, revision date ,2000. SITE PREPARATION. All site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by the City Engineer. REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: Site grading in accordance with the approved 'Grading Plan prepared by John Oliver and Associates, Inc., dated April 12, 2000, revision date. Installation of bituminous driveways, parking lots and maneuvering areas. Installation orB-612 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of all bituminous surfaces. Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction. Landscaping in accordance with the Site/Landscaping Plan prepared by John C.
