Planner <br /> <br />Overview of Professional Qualifications <br />Theresa has been a Planner with MFRA for eight years. She has provided comprehensive <br />planning, zoning, PUD development, and land use studies to both public and private clients. In <br />addition to her undergraduate work in design, Ms. Greenfield has completed coursework <br />towards a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning. <br /> <br />Project Experience <br />Theresa's work experience has been focused on providing consulting planning services to <br />municipalities and townships, including Woodbury, Anoka, Rogers, Carver, Excelsior and <br />Townships of Hassan and Stillwater. Other examples of her public work experience include: <br /> <br />City of North Oaks. Provides on going application reviews and represents planning issues at <br />City Council and Planning Commission meetings. Recent experience includes planning and <br />implementation of the East Oaks PUD, an 1,800 acre PUD that implements Conservation <br />Planning techniques. Also, prepared the 1998 North Oaks Comprehensive Plan and revised the <br />Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />City of Vadnais Heights. Prepared site plan, permit review, and provided planning assistance to <br />City Council and Planning Commission meeting on special land use studies, including Vadnais <br />Center Plan Update, involving the four quadrants at the intersection of 1-35E and County Road <br />E. Participated in the 1-35E Corridor Study on behalf of Vadnais Heights. Other work included <br />EAW preparation, expert witness testimony, zoning ordinance preparation and park studies. <br /> <br />City of St. Michael.
