I New Cell Tower Ordinance for the City of Spartanburg <br /> <br />by Bob Klute <br /> <br />The City Council of Spartanburg <br />recently approved a telecommu- <br />nications ordinance designed to <br />encourage the use of existing <br />lowers as co-location sites while <br />restricting the construction of new <br />lowers.
