PC CASE # I <br /> <br /> RECEIVE INFORMATION ABOUT 2000 RAMSEY APPRECIATION DINNER <br /> Rhonda Heryla, Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Ramsey Appreciation Dinner was held on Monday, April 17, 2000 at the Majestic <br />Oaks Golf Club. Staff was directed to invite 112 commissioners, City Councilmembers, <br />staff members, and other citizens who volunteered their services on municipal task forces. <br />69 people affirmed they would be in attendance. At the event, eight people did not show <br />for the dinner. <br /> <br />Listed below is a breakdown of the bills received for the event: <br /> <br />Food <br />Majestic Oaks Golf Club $1645.30 (Billed for 69 attendees) <br /> <br />Decorations <br />Natural Expressions $ 106.50 (Billed for 10 floral arrangements) <br /> <br />Entertainment <br />Luke Winger, Juggler/Magician $ 75.00 <br /> <br />Thus the expense for the dinner totaled $1826.80.
