Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #00-05-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTON AUTHORIZING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #00-21,1431° AVENUE SEWER, <br />WATER, AND STREET IMPROVEMENT FROM JASPAR STREET TO COUNTY <br />ROAD #116 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized this project as an element of the 2000 <br />Capital Improvement Project; and <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, plans and specifications for the improvement have been prepared. <br /> <br />NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That such contract documents and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto, and <br /> made part of are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2) That such publishing of the advertisement for bid for IP#00-21 is hereby approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Conncilmember <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br /> this the 23rd day of May, 2000. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />C..-IO <br /> <br />5J¸. <br /> <br /> <br />
