I <br />,I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #00-05-XX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR WATER TOWER NO. 2 (IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT #99-64) <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #00-01-026 adopted by the Ramsey City Council on <br />January 25, 2000, the City Engineer has prepared contract documents and specifications for <br />Water Tower No. 2 (Improvement Project #99-64) and has presented such contract documents <br />and specifications to the Council for approval; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) That such contract documents and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2) That such publishing of the advertisement for bids for Water Tower No. 2 (Improvement <br /> Project #99-64) is hereby approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br /> this the 23rd day of May 2000. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
