I I I I I :1 I I I I I I I I I I I WHEREAS, park dedication requirements are specified in the Northfork PUD Park Dedication agreement dated February 19, 1987 and amended May 9, 1989 which establishes a cash park dedication of $500.00 per lot; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on May 22, 1990, and approved the preliminary plat for Northfork Oaks 5~ Addition which consisted of 430 acres proposed to be platted into 120 lots; and WHEREAS, the City subsequently granted final plat approval of 50 lots and the approved preliminary plat expired prior to final plat approval of the remaining 120 lots granted preliminary plat approval under Northfork 5t~ Addition on May 22, 1990. WHEREAS, on February 14, 2000, the Developer submitted an application for a new preliminary plat approval of another 11 lots originally receiving preliminary plat approval under Northfork 5~' Addition; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on March 6, 2000 and recommended preliminary plat approval; and WHEREAS, on March 28, 2000, the Ramsey City Council granted preliminary plat approval to Northfork Highlands 2na Additon; and WHEREAS, on June 13, 2000, the Developer applied for final plat approval of Northfork Highlands 2nd Addition. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Northfork Oaks 4th Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon the following: a) The developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City of Ramsey. Compliance with City Staff review letter dated June 22, 2000.
