The Permittee must apply for a MPCA feedlot permit if the animals on the Subject Property equal 10.0 animal units. The Permittee is currently at 8.2 animal units, if two (2) or more additional horses are brought onto the property, a MPCA feedlot permit will be required. 6. The Permitee shall be responsible for land spreading manure onto the eight (8) acre pasture area at a minimum of once a week. Winter accumulations shall be removed by May 1 of each year. 7. The Permittee shall restrict manure spreading to the eight (8) acre of Pasture area. 8. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. 9. That the Permittee shall be responsible for City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit.
