The Permittee must apply for a MPCA feedlot permit if the animals on the Subject Property <br /> equal 10.0 animal units. The Permittee is currently at 8.2 animal units, if two (2) or more <br /> additional horses are brought onto the property, a MPCA feedlot permit will be required. <br /> <br />6. The Permitee shall be responsible for land spreading manure onto the eight (8) acre pasture <br /> area at a minimum of once a week. Winter accumulations shall be removed by May 1 of <br /> each year. <br /> <br />7. The Permittee shall restrict manure spreading to the eight (8) acre of Pasture area. <br /> <br />8. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />9.
