R, #116 iPROJECT TYPE: Street Improvement PROJECT YEAR: 2000 TOTAL ESTIMATED COST: $470,000 'ROJECT DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION 'his project includes the acquisition o£right-of-way and the construction ora commercial ollector street extending from 143rd Avenue eastward approximately one-half mile to :.R. #116. The project would also include storm sewer associated with drainage of the road. PROJECT Start Date 'ROJECT JUSTIFICATION -his project will provide access to over 80 acres of industrial and commercial property which is currently occupied by the oncrete pipe yard and the asphalt plant. It also allows the opportunity for the subdivision of the 12.6 acre parcel known as .or 5, AEC Energy Park, by offering road frontage on the southern boundary of this lot.
