Music Festival not been held. A bond shall be provided in favor of the City and all persons to whom the Licensee and/or owners of the Site may be liable. Said bond shall be prepared by a corporate bonding company authorized to do business within the State of Minnesota and shall be in the amount of not less than $50,000.00 and which Bond shall be approved as to form and content by the City. The Licensee shall provide a hold harmless agreement providing that the Licensee shall defend, indemnify, save and hold the City harmless from and on account of any and all claims against the City for injury or damage of any kind, upon or about the Site or arising from or in connection with the Music Festival from any cause whatsoever. The Licensee shall provide and maintain in full force and effect for a period of one year from the date of the Music Festival, a policy of public liability and property damage insurance, in a form satisfactory to the City, in the amount of $250,000 for injury to any one person and $500,000.00 for injury to more than one person, and in the amount of $50,000~00 for property damage. Said policy shall be delivered to the City at least ten (10) days before the issuance of this License and such policy shall bear an endorsement of, or shall be accompanied by, evidence of receipt of payment of the premium thereon. That the Licensee agrees to clean up the Site, including contiguous roads, ways and easements, and remove all debris, garbage, trash, litter and other waste matter from, in and around said Site, together with all advertising matter relating to the Music Festival. The clean-up shall be completed within 72 hours after the conclusion of the Music Festival. That the City shall have the fight to revoke the License pursuant to Section 7.07 of the City Code after a public hearing held after written notice is given to the Licensee at least 24 hours prior to such hearing. The License may l~e revoked for any of the following causes: The Licensee fails, neglects or refuses to fulfill any of the terms imposed by this License. The Licensee fails, refuses or neglects to fulfill any of the provisions of the proposed program or plans. · The Licensee violates, or attempts to violate, any law of the State and/or provisions of Section 7.07 of City Code or any other provisions of City Code. · The Licensee has made a false, misleading or fraudulent statement of material fact in the application for a license or in any other document required pursuant to Section 7.07 of the City Code. Written notice of such revocation shall be forwarded by the City Administrator to the Licensee at the address given in the application. Such revocation shall become effective immediately after ordered by the City Council. That the Licensee shall provide the City with confirmation of current insurance coverage covering outdoor sales of liquor. That the City reserves the fight to suspend or close the Music Festival prior to the expiration of the License term in the event of the occurrence of a riot, major disorder, or I I I I ! I: I I I i !
