Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City Council had previously directed staff to negotiate for acquisition of the land <br />immediately west of Sunfish Lake Boulevard, south of C.R. #116 (map attached to case). Staff <br />has been negotiating a development agreement over the last few weeks and is near completion. <br />In the event of a negotiated development agreement, staff has now placed the item on the agenda <br />for Council consideration.
