Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, Hendriksen, Connolly, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />6) Authorize Process to Hire a Full-Time Public Works Secretary <br /> <br />Human Resources Manager Heryla explained that the Personnel Committee met earlier tonight <br />and recommends the Council authorize the process to recruit and hire a Public Works Secretary <br />to work in an administrative support role for both Public Works and Engineering. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Anderson and seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen to authorize <br />the process to recruit and hire a Public Works Secretary to work in an administrative support role <br />for both Public Works and Engineering. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: None. <br /> <br />7) <br /> <br />Request Authorization to Reopen Hiring Process for One Full-Time Public Works <br />Maintenance Worker <br /> <br />Human Resources Manager Heryla explained that the Personnel Committee met earlier tonight <br />and recommends the Council authorize staff to reopen the hiring process for one full-time Public <br />Works Maintenance Worker position. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Anderson and seconded by Councilmember Connolly to authorize <br />staff to reopen the hiring process for one full-time Public Works Maintenance Worker position. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, Connolly, Hendriksen, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None.
