The selected vendor will begin service with the City on August 1, <br />2000. <br /> <br />In order to ensure a fair review and selection process, companies submitting quotes are <br />prohibited from contacting any other City staff or Council members regarding these <br />proposals. It is anticipated, following review, the Ramsey.City Council will authorize a <br />contract with the selected vendor at the Tuesday,. July 25, 2000 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey reserves the right to reject and or all quotes for any, or no reason, <br />and furthermore reserves the right to accept any quote deemed to be in the best interest <br />of the City. <br /> <br />Interested vendors are invited to submit a letter of interest and completed <br />application/pricing forms (enclosed). All quotes must be received by 4:45 p.m., <br />Monday, July 10, 2000.
