DECLARATION OF SURPLUS PROPERTY <br /> David Gustafson, Police Chief <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />During 1999 and 2000 year to date, the police department has come into possession of twenty- <br />three bicycles of assorted brands and sizes. Inquires have been made via the criminal justice <br />network to determine if any were entered as stolen.
