Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #00-07- RESOLUTION APPROVING lST PARTIAL PAYMENT TO CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-66 DRIVE STORM SEWER) MEADOWVALE (JUNIPER RIDGE WHEREAS, on May 9, 2000, the Ramsey City Council approved Improvement Project #99-66 (Juniper Ridge Drive Storm Sewer) as a non-assessment project; and WHEREAS, on June 13, 2000, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #00-06-XXX awarding the bid for Improvement Project #99-66 to Meadowvale Construction in the amount of $262,461; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski inspected the completed work and recommended partial payment to Meadowvale Construction in the amount of $88,189.07. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Meadowvale Construction for improvement Project #99-66 in the amount of $88,189.07. 2. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. 3. That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of July 2000. 4. That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember .... and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of Juty, 2000.
