PROPOSED ORDINANCE ORDINANCE #O0- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AM_EN~MENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MI'NNESOTA. AN ORDEN'ANCE AMENTHNG SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION 1. AMENDMENT The following legally descr/bed property is hereby rezoned from R-1 Rural Residential to R-1 Urban Residential: Government Lot 2, Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, except part platted is Reilley Estates subject easement to record. and Government Lot 3, Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, except part platted is Reilley Estates and Reilley Estates 3~ Addition, subject easement to record. and Southwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter, Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, except the south 660 feet of the west of 181.5 feet, thereof together with the southeasterly quarter of the northwest quarter of said section, except the west 12.06 feet, thereof also 660 feet, thereof except road subject to easement of record. SECTION 2. MAP The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be Shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map," which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code.
