PROPOSED ORDINANCE <br /> ORDINANCE #O0- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AM_EN~MENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MI'NNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDEN'ANCE AMENTHNG SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following legally descr/bed property is hereby rezoned from R-1 Rural Residential to R-1 <br />Urban Residential: <br /> <br /> Government Lot 2, Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, except part platted is Reilley <br /> Estates subject easement to record. <br /> <br /> and <br /> <br /> Government Lot 3, Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, except part platted is Reilley <br /> Estates and Reilley Estates 3~ Addition, subject easement to record. <br /> <br /> and <br /> <br /> Southwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter, Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, except the <br /> south 660 feet of the west of 181.5 feet, thereof together with the southeasterly quarter of <br /> the northwest quarter of said section, except the west 12.06 feet, thereof also 660 feet, <br /> thereof except road subject to easement of record. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br /> <br />The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be Shown on the "City of <br />Ramsey Zoning Map," which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
