Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Board Members Nixt, Kociscak, Dempsey, Johnson, and Reeve. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Member Wivoda. The public hearing closed at 7:10 p.m. Board Business Chairperson Anderson called the regular meeting of the Board of Adjustment back to order at 7:10 p.m. Motion by Board Member Johnson, seconded by Board Member Dempsey, to adopt Resolution #00-07-166 adopting Findings of Fact #0526, in favor of the applicant, relating to Mr. Kucala's request for a variance. Motion Carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Board Members Johnson, Dempsey, Kociscak, Nixt, and Reeve. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Member Wivoda. Motion by Board Member Johnson, seconded by Board Member Nixt, to approve Mr. Kucala's request for a variance to accessory structure setback requirements and adopt Resolution #00-07- 167 declaring terms of the variance. Further discussion: Board Member Dempsey stated that there were a couple of minor discrepancies in the two diagrams that were presented to the Board. Community Development Director Frolik replied that the diagram completed by the building inspector is the most accurate. Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Board Members Johnson, Nixt, Dempsey, Kociscak, and Reeve. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Member Wivoda. BOARD INPUT None.
