194 <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the fo[lowing resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RES OLUTION #00-07- <br /> ¢c-0o-01x) <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # TO REZONE CERTAIN <br />PROPERTY FROM R-1 RUR.kL RESIDENTI_AJ, TO R-1 URBAxN' RESIDENTIAL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received an application to rezone certain property in accordance <br />with Section 9.03.03 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TITE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />IL4a¥ISEY, AxNOI4~& COU~'TY, STATE OF MIWN'ESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l. That Reilley Estates Partnership, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has properly applied <br /> to rezone certain property from R.-1 R.ural Residential to R.-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />That the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.03 of the <br />City Code on June 6, 2000 that was continued to July 10, 2000, and said public hearing was <br />properly advertised, and the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by <br />reference. <br /> <br />3. That the property proposed to be rezoned is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Government Lot 2 and Government Lot 3; Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, except those <br />parts of said Government Lot 2 and Government Lot 3, platted as Reilley Estates and R.eilley <br />Estates Third Addition, according to the recorded plats, on file in the office of the County <br />R.ecorder, Anoka County. <br /> <br />The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County Minnesota, except the South 660 feet of the West 181.5 feet thereof. <br /> <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County, Dfinnesom, except the west 1206 feet and except the South 660 feet thereof. <br /> <br />4. That the total area of the property to be rezoned is approximately seventy (75) acres in size. <br /> <br />5. That the Subject Property is currently zoned R.-I Rural Residential and is in the Metropolitan <br /> Urban Service .Area (MUSA). <br /> <br /> <br />
