PROPOSED ORDINANCE <br /> ORDINA~NCE #00- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAzMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> AN Az¥IENDME1NT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS IGNOW'N AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDMSION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />5,[INNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AaMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "IV£,4P" OF CH_APTER 9 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF RAblSEY, ~IIN'NESOTA. <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from R-1 Rural Residential to R-1 <br />Urban Residential: <br /> <br /> Government Lot 2, Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, except part platted is Reilley <br /> Estates subject easement to record. <br /> <br /> and <br /> <br /> Government Lot 3, Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, except part platted is Reilley <br /> Estates and Reilley Estates ya Addition, subject easement to record. <br /> <br /> and <br /> <br /> Southwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter, Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, except the <br /> south 660 feet of the west of 181.5 feet, thereof together with the southeasterly quarter of <br /> the northwest quarter of said section, except the west 12.06 feet, thereof also 660 feet, <br /> thereof except road subject to easement of record. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br /> <br />The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of <br />Ramsey Zoning Map," which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
