PC CASE <br /> <br />CONSIDER ENDING PROBATIONARY PERIOD OF COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT NLEGAN WALD <br /> Rhonda Heryla, Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Megan Wald assumed the position of Community Development Assistant on January 12, <br />2000 and her six-month probationary period date was July 12, 2000. A written <br />performance appraisal was prepared indicating satisfactory performance for Ms. Wald. A <br />meeting was held between Ms. Wald and her supervisor, Sylvia Frolik, to review the <br />written performance appraisal. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Based on the satisfactory six-month appraisal, staff recommends that Community <br />Development Assistant be retained as a regular full-time employee effective July 12, <br />2000. <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt resolution ending probationary period for Community Development <br />Assistant Megan Wald and ~anting her the status of regular full-time employee effective <br />July 12, 2000. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br />Copies also distributed to: <br />Personnel File <br /> <br />PC: 8/8/00 <br /> <br />209 <br /> <br /> <br />
