Motion was <br />amended to grant the permit for one year. <br /> <br />Motion Carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Commissioners Nixt, Johnson, Dempsey, <br />Kociscak, and Reeve. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Wivoda. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Request for an Interim Use Permit for a Temporary Office Structure; Case <br />of Transwest, Inc. <br /> <br />Chairperson Anderson closed the regular portion of the Planning Commission meeting at 9:43 <br />p.m. in order to conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Chairperson Anderson called the public hearing to order at 9:43 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Commun/ty Development Assistant Wald stated that on November 9, 1998, the City issued the <br />second interim use permit to Transwest, Inc. at 6100 Industry Avenue NW, Ramsey for the <br />utilization of a temporary office structure on the property for a one-year period. That permit <br />expired on September 30, 1999. The applicant is asking for a 3~ interim use permit for the <br />continued use of the temporary office structure until the expiration of the property lease <br />agreement in 2003. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Kociscak, seconded by Commissioner Nixt, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
