In one instance there is one past infraction which was over <br />a year ago and the Council dealt with the matter and has been resolved. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Connolly, to approve Off- <br />Sale Intoxicating and Non-Intoxicating Liquor License renewals for Judy's Discount 10 Liquor, <br />Rum River Wine & Spirits, and M & L County Liquors for the 2000 - 2001 license year. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Y'es: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, Connolly, and <br />Hendriksen. VotingNo: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Connolly, to approve On- <br />Sale Intoxicating and Non-Intoxicating and Sunday Sales Liquor License renewals for Holm's <br />Super Bowl, ~vrcDuff's Eatery/Pub, JR.'s Saloon, Links at Northfork and Diamonds Sports Bar & <br />Grill for the 2000 - 2001 license year. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: Award Bid for 2000 Street Maintenance Program <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that on Tuesday, June 6, 2000, bids were opened for the 2000 <br />Street Maintenance Program. Bids were received from five contractors for providing 1 ½ inch <br />bituminous overlay on 9.32 miles of City streets. The bids were as follows: <br /> <br />Bidder <br />W.B. The effective unit price of bituminous is <br />$27.13 per ton compared with $24.60 in 1999.
