4) Authorize Hiring of Full Time Community Development Secretary <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Hendfiksen, to authorize <br />staff to begin the process to hire a Community Development Secretary. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
