The application must be made by a local <br /> received by the Department of Children, Families and <br />Learning by the due date of August 15, 2000. <br /> <br />For purposes of the application, this proposed first phase of the parks development <br />would be approximately $500,000 and would be funded as follows: <br /> <br />$205,000 <br />$2O,OOO <br />$62,000 <br /> <br />(Already incurred) <br />(Previously authorized) <br />(Existing 2001 Parks CIP request) <br /> <br />$50,000 <br /> <br />$63,000 <br />$100,000 <br />$500,000 <br /> <br />(Storm water utility as part of County ditch <br />work scheduled for 2003) <br />(Within existing budget) <br /> <br />! <br />! <br /> <br />Staff just recently became aware of this opportunity from Ramsey Youth Association <br />(RYAA), President Rich Quaal and RYAA Soccer Commissioner John Myers. <br />Because of the postmark deadline of August 15, 2000, City Council is being asked to <br />approve the application with little detail (as soon as the application is developed all <br />materials will be distributed individually to Councilmembers).
