Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #00-08- RESOLUTION APPROVING lsT PARTIAL PAYMENT TO MEADOWVALE CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT//99-66, #99-68 AND//00-28 (a. k. a. 2000 STORIVl WATER UTILITY PROJECTS) WHEREAS, on June 13, 2000, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #00-06-146 awarding the bid for 2000 Storm Water Utility Projects. #99-66, #99-68 and #00-28 to Meadowvale Construction in the amount of $262,461; and WHEREAS, City En~neer Steve Jankowski inspected the completed work and recommended partial pay estimate to Meadowvale Construction in the amount of $88,189.07. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That the City Council hereby authorizes partial pay estimate to Meadowvale Construction for' 2000 Storm Water Utility Projects #99-66,//99-68 and//00-28 in the amount of $88,189.07. 2. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. 3. That the total amount Of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of August 2000. 4. That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
